Refund Policy

At Ustad Graphic, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality design services. However, due to the creative and digital nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy to ensure fairness for both parties.

1. General Policy

Refunds are only considered under specific conditions outlined below. Since design services involve time, effort, and customized work, full refunds are rarely applicable once the work begins.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under these circumstances:

Important: Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Services marked as urgent or express

  • Projects where feedback delays come from client side

  • Custom artwork, templates, or branding kits after delivery

3. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after project approval or file handover. Please ensure you are confident before approving drafts.

4. Dissatisfaction Clause

If you’re not satisfied with the initial design concepts, we will make reasonable revisions as agreed. If you’re still not satisfied after 2 rounds of revisions, you may request a partial refund, depending on the work completed.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the design delivery. Include:

  • Your name and project ID

  • Reason for the refund

  • Proof of payment (receipt/screenshot)

We’ll review your request within 3 business days.

6. Payment Gateways

Refunds are processed via the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer). Any processing charges or currency conversion fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage open communication. If you’re dissatisfied, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks will be contested and may result in blacklisting.

8. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated without prior notice. The most recent version is always available on our website.
